I work primarily with players competing at the Junior, College, and Professional levels, providing individualized development built around each player’s game, goals, and next level.

Having spent 11 seasons in the NHL and four seasons as a Nashville Predators Player Development Coach, I understand how players are evaluated at every level. My goal is not only to help players improve their game, but to help them understand the details, habits, and consistency that coaches, scouts, and professional organizations look for when evaluating players.

My approach is simple: identify what matters most, create a clear development plan, and provide consistent feedback that players can apply directly to their game.
