DRILL DRILL DRILL!!

Continuous passing, different variations if you wanted to tweak it. Can add two one touch passes each time as well.

Player takes off diagonally, receives puck in stride and moves it right away to line. The player who passes then takes off diagonally and receives the original puck... CONTINUOUS ONE PUCK!!

Here is a great drill for puck movement. 3V3 interior with exterior support. Exterior player activates when getting the puck. Player with the puck has to make one interior play before they can move it back out to exterior. This will promote puck support. Great drill for offensive and defensive awareness. Staying on the outside is easy hockey, playing interior is hard.

DRILL PROGRESSION!!

STEP 1- Spot a puck to D, open up as a winger (pre scan). D, start out backwards and surround the puck. F, zone entry, escape to wall to create space, using dynamic feet and movements to attack.

STEP 2- Same start as step 1. D, be patient and follow up as the forward makes the cut to the wall. Receive the pass inside blue line and open up. Forward continues around for a small support pass.

STEP 3- Repeat steps 1&2. When forward receives the pass he needs to find passing lane back to D for shot.
